The Bible challenges us to be faithful managers (stewards) in 1 Corinthians 4:2. We are called to be faithful managers of the resources that God has entrusted to us. Intentional living means that we purposefully invest in the eternal work of the Gospel through the local church.
As believers intentional living has to involve investing our time and focus in God’s Word. His Word will last forever (Matt. 24:35). May we delight in the Word (Psalm 1). May we grow our faith in the Word (Rom. 10:17). May we have our mind and life transformed (Rom. 12:2). AND, may we be doers…
Throughout our life we have seen many changes, faced many trials, and enjoyed many blessings, and God has been faithful through every circumstance! Even when we sin, God is faithful! The faithfulness of Christ to live a perfect life and die a sacrificial death allows us to truly experience the message of Christmas.
